I'm Clare Llewellyn and delighted to introduce you to my company, Building Made Easy LTD, which launched in March 2020.
Why Building Made Easy?
In 2001 I started my journey in the Construction Industry with a large groundworks company. I went on to work my way up within that company and found my love, passion, and drive for buying.
Over the past 20 years, I've worked for several subcontractors in the Construction Industry, and in November 2020, I became a Chartered Construction Manager. I'm now proud to carry the MCIOB accreditation.
I'm now available to offer my expertise as a professional service to provide and implement procurement procedures and establish a core supply chain with the most competitive rates.
I know that every client's needs and wants are unique to their business. With an understanding of your specific requirements, I work to bring about the implementation of the correct procedures that will save you and your company time, money and, most importantly for me, bring your departments together and communicating clearly.
